Process & Lean Engineer (Carei)
Responsabilități
- Enhance operational efficiency by developing and implementing effective process methods and work instructions, by increasing productivity and reducing waste;
- Ensuring the implementation of newly created processes to improve production flows;
- Collaborate with project teams during product development and scaling, define necessary equipment and tools, and create process flow diagrams;
- Collaborate and support with other departments with capacity measurement and production issues;
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput;
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action plans for production issues;
- Monitor production data to identify trends and recommend improvements;
- Select appropriate measurement techniques and analyze their advantages and disadvantages;
- Optimize operational processes by measuring the progress of time required for specific operations;
- Conduct objective evaluations through sample calculations and regular statistical assessments;
- Perform periodic reassessments post-development phases;
- Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures;
- Initiates and leads continuous improvement projects, based on lean concept;
- Participate in inventory activities according to company needs;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate process reports.
Cerințe
- University degree in the engineering field;
- Strong English knowledge;
- Lean Manufacturing Concept Knowledge (5S, SMED, Kanban);
- Problem solving, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA;
- Similar work experience.
