Responsabilități

Office admin:

              business trip booking , reimbursement, etc; and other tasks requested by manager
Sales admin

  • Selling price maintenance
  • Invoice requests and tracking
  • SPOT maintenance , monthly opportunity review
  • Customer code application
  • Contracts review application(LDDRA) and stamp
  • Report/ FC analysis assigned by sales manager
  • samples order tracking; customers online systems maintains; Internal documents support, ect.
  • sending /receiving/tracking samples to customers.
