SQM Center of Excellence engineer

• Organize internal SQM escalation management, including Red Alert request review, start approval and tracking by management review meeting
• Support and guide SQM organization for escalation procedure, escalation tool related activities and training
• Responsible Lessons Learned manager within Automotive Supplier Quality Management
• SQM Lessons Learned review, approval and Read Across tracking
• Support Lessons Learned author, specialists and Read Across Responsible
• Drive Lessons Learned and Read Across training activities and regular reporting
• Drive continuous improvement of the Lessons Learned concept within SQM organization
• Counterpart for PUR / SQM Academy training organization in the Asia Pacific region (Classroom/virtual classrooms and SQM Onboarding trainings)
• Collaboration with worldwide PUR/SQM training organization

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or comparable education
• >2 years of experience in supplier quality management and automotive industry
• Very good English language, written and spoken
• Good communication skills
• Advanced MS Office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, Power BI and Knime is a plus
• Organized workstyle and ability to complete tasks within specified timelines
