The position can be fulfilled in either Lindau, Ulm Riemerling or Frankfurt.

Your tasks include the following responsibilities: 

• B2B portal administration
• Processing customer's purchase orders, e.g. prototype orders, including invoicing  
• Processing customer purchase contracts (price agreements), price maintenance, etc.
• Regular sync with the project team (incl. Sales Manager, Project Leader, Logistics, Resident Engineer, etc.)
• Accounts registration as well as and maintenance
• Continuous improvement of applicable processes
• Possibility of further development into sales management or customer relation management

• First experience in Sales Assistance/ Support position desirable 
• Profound skills in SAP as well as very good handling with MS Office software
• Business fluent German language skills as well as very good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Willingness to understand project management, organization and project planning
• Excellent customer communication skills as well as team player mentality
• Ambitiousness to learn about the specific products and their differences
