Test Analyst
Responsabilități
- Clarification of technical issue and test objective
- Development of a validation test plan (test bench, measurement equipment, test procedure, suitable parameters, etc)
- Creation of mechanical test cases (including review sessions and traceability)
- Execution of engineering and verification tests (including functional, durability, strength, thermal, corrosion, etc)
- Discuss, evaluate and interpret the test results according to test objective and technical issue (including recommendation)
- Test report creation according to test plan (including recommendation)
- Demand test parts, counter parts and associated environment
- Product specification review
Cerințe
Required skills and knowledge:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent studies
- Bench Tests Experience
- MS Office in general, advanced level on Excel and PowerPoint
- English, Advanced Level
Will be a plus:
- APQP & FMEA
- Production Processes Knowledge
- Product Development Knowledge (Phases, Milestones, etc)
- Problem Resolution Capabilities
- Capability of Presenting Test Results, Internal and Customer
- Quality assurance - Audit Knowledge
- Systems and Sensors Calibration Process
