Production Lead

• Volume and quality in the production of electronic components with the team of operators according to schedule and targets;
• Meet customer demand with high quality;
• Production scheduling;
• Coordination of activities in the plant / FF related to the product and its process;
• Inform PM series issues in the location that may affect other locations (multisite production);
• Performance of the Production Lines (Yield, OEE, Scrap, etc.);
• Balance production management team resource to support production activity and improve process efficiency; 
• Monthly and annual headcount forecast and operator hiring plan;
• Operator OJT training, qualification, motivation and performance evaluation process;
• Continuous improvement for team building process to reduce fluctuation;
• Representation of the Plant Operations Organization concerning product topics.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/ manufacturing;
• Working experience in production, minimum 3 years (Automotive experience would be an advantage);
• Worked as group manager / team leader at least two years;
• Proficient in English, can interact and collaborate with foreign nationalities;
• Highly organized and result-driven;
• A can-do attitude;
• Good project management and time management skills;
• Quality-oriented, knowledge of quality tools (advantage: Jidoka/Poke Yoke), LEAN principles, methods, and tools (advantage: Flow, 5S, TPM);
• Passionate about solving complex problems;
• Fluent English;
• Intercultural experience preferred.

• Salary information 3407,00 -  5111,00 Eur. (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience.
