Project Management Office Manager

Implement and consolidate of the best practices and processes within the organization;
Provide consistent project management guidance, methods, systems, tools and metrics for consistent project outcomes throughout the organization;
Tain, mentor and coach project managers and project team to keep everyone up to date;
Provide templates, tools and software to manage project efforts, as well as defining the document repository where all the project documents will be archived;
Monitor and evaluate efficiency of standards with the support of the Project Management Organisation and conduct the necessary adaptations;

Graduated In the technical field;
English - advanced level, German – advantage;
3+ years of professional experience in the automotive sector, breaking systems - an advantage;
Experience as Project Manager, TPL, or quality engineer;
Knowledge of quality tools and methods, knowledge of project management and KPIs;
Experiences in working in international teams and understanding for foreign cultures required;
Assertiveness, a sense of responsibility and team spirit, growth mindset, decision-making, agility.
