Production Engineer

• To lead the implementation and maintenance of the Jidoka system.
• To participate and provide support in activities related to the 0-100 program.
• To lead the implementation of ideas to improve the CBS system.
▪To participate and support the implementation of corporate or plant projects together with CBS.
▪To follow up on the continuous improvement of safety, quality and production processes.
• To lead the implementation of the MES system.
▪To participate in internal and / or customer audits, as well as develop action plans derived from them.
▪To provide support and attention to the needs of operational personnel derived from the production process.
▪To create purchase orders to request resources to cover the needs of the production process.
▪To participate and provide support in new product launch activities and / or process changes.

• Bachelor in Engineering 
• Production knowledge & 2 years of experience is advantage (automotive industry)
• Continuous Improvement experience  
• Very good computer skills
• Analytical skills that allow you to manage strategies for problem solving
• Eagerness to learn, detailed oriented and analytical approach
• Soft skills
