Handling all matters of Indirect Taxes i.e. GST & Customs, DGFT

Dealing with Tax Authorities (State GST, Central GST)

Handling Export Incentives  with  DGFT i.e. Advance License, RoDTEP, EPCG, Drawback  etc.

Advising business on all Tax law implications on various business transactions

Process and handling of GST Compliance i.e. GSTR-1 , GSTR -3B, GSTR 2A/2B, GSTR 9 & 9C 

Process and handling of GST Audits, Assessments & Appeals

Ensuring accuracy of input tax compliance and admissibility check

Timely filing of all Indirect Tax periodic returns

Monitoring  various audit proceedings

Manage periodic audit – internal as well as statutory

Knowledge of other processes within Finance, such as Accounting, SAP, Internal & External Reporting and MIS

CA /ICWA (Qualified/Semi Qualified) MBA/LLB

Expertise in Indirect Taxes and experience of at least 3-5 Years
