Project Management Support Training, Communication & Integrity Culture (m/f/diverse)

The position can be staffed in either Hanover or Frankfurt 

• Create and support the Head of Training, Communication & Integrity Culture in various activities regarding marketing material, training concept redesign, event management, intranet design, toolbox.
• Redesign intranet & internet page for Compliance topics on a regular basis.
• Support Head of Training Communication & Integrity Culture in workshop management, invitation process, material design, location review for Culture Events, collaboration with agencies and event management companies.
• Track and support in training management process on Group Level (reminder, excel tracking, invitation process, material print & rework etc.).

• University degree of economics, communication science, pedagogy or others
• Solid MS Office knowledge, Project Management Skills
• Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken)
• Structured, logical, analytical and fast working style
• Flexibility and Creativity in problem solving skills
