Descrição da função
- Develop, create, support and implement company-wide, international, customized trainings, formats and event initiatives with focus on integrity and cultural change in order to implement a training toolbox to make integrity topics discussable
- Didactic & content creation for trainings, moderation of trainings, rework of training slides & presentations for the core areas of Compliance
- Develop formats & ideas for a global education/Compliance toolbox (podcasts, videos etc.)
- Complete event management organization incl. location planning, concept design, invitation process
- Moderation of events & speeches for cultural change in different locations and for different target groups
Requisitos
- University degree of economics, communication science, psychology, pedagogy or media
- Solid MS Office knowledge
- Fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken) additional language skills desirable
- Structured, logical, analytical and independent fast working style
- Resilience and engagement as well as flexibility and creativity
- Passion and motivation, focus on highest quality output and innovation
- Teamwork, communication & intercultural competencies
