1 Responsible for PPAP approval of new projects/Change
2 Single window person for customer in solving any query related to Quality / Process/ Complaints
3 Ensure timely response to the customer in case of any query, preventing the customer escalations.
4 Responsible for Process Quality activities during development and SOP
5 Responsible for monthly IRR, Scrap cost & preparing the monthly reports.
6Leading Failure analysis and giving training to all QA persons, so that they can independently do analysis.
7 Responsible for line release activities.
8 NCC data preparation of EBS Assy. line
9 Attending 0Km complaints & Ensure on time submission of the 0 Km analysis reports.
10 Attending field complaints & Ensure on time submission of Field Complaint analysis reports.
11 Coordination of Customer process Audits / Revalidation Audit & Timely closure of Open points.
12 To Ensure timely submission of monthly reports to the customer .
13 To Ensure that the rules for ESD is being followed in plant.
14 Maintaining and closing the QN in CQTS.
15 Coordination and support in Change Approvals from Quality counterparts - Customer
16 Monthly Uploading the MISP and 4M change on MSIL portal .
17 IPT Member of new/development Projects - Responsible for Quality related tasks
18 Customer relation improvement
19 Managing and execution of Quality related Customer specific requirements.
20 Line Rejection handling and analysis
21 Layout Inspection of Assy parts
22 Product audit of manufacturing lines.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
