Descrição da função
- Lead development group of Compound Innovation to ensure technology leadership of OESL in the area of rubber compounds for automotive applications.
- Extend network with suppliers and public research institutes to foster innovative solutions and sustainability.
- Support other R&D functions and Application Engineering with knowledge exchange and promotion of new innovative materials to the customers.
This job can be carried out at the Hanover or Hann.Münden locations
Requisitos
- Master degree in Chemistry or Material Science, PhD preferred
- Several years of experience in the development of rubber compounds or technical rubber goods
- Experience in a leadership position
- Experience in working with international project teams
- Experience in Automotive Industry preferred
- Business fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken)
