We are seeking a dynamic and motivated member for our Industrial APAC Sales Operation Team for the India market. In this role you aim to provide a best-in-class support to sales teams to win new customers or new business with existing customers. You are the central interface of the sales team to the internal organization from initial quote to order and ensure sales reps have all the information required in order to focus on generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Management: Administer all customer contracts and ensure customer master data as well as special price agreements are up-to-date in SAP
  • Distributor Promotional Programs: Ensure implementation of distributor promotional programs in the India region, train the sales organization and provide recommendations how customers can enter higher categories
  • Digitalization: Drive digitalization of sales processes in your region by ensuring Sales Representatives are well trained on CRM systems like SalesForce and coach them how to use the tools in the most efficient manner
  • Quotation Processes & Active Interface: Drive business growth by owning the quotation process for listed articles in-order-to ensure best-in-class customer response times and be an active interface for sales representatives & managers towards other internal functions like SCM, business analytics, plant, tactical pricing
  • Business Analytics: Collaborate with the Business Analytics specialist to provide regional requests to our central reporting team in-order-to enhance our business analytics reports and leverage synergies.

Requisitos

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Sales & Marketing or other related fields.
  • Experience in sales, quotation and logistics processes
  • Experience in SAP and CRM systems like SalesForce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Excellent training and communication skills to effectively train and guide sales representatives as well collaborate closely with the IAPAC organization
  • Very good English skills
