  • Actively participle in continuous process projects and initiatives, considering Road Map Strategies
  • Balance inventory between Mexico Warehouse 
  • Manage Consignment Stock for Strategic Customer 
  • Ensure availability of products based on Demand FC and Historical Sales and considering a healthy inventory structure for Imported Products. SKUs Supply and Inventory status follow up, changes and actions.
  • Open Orders Follow up. BackOrder Analysis
  • PIPO process, New Articles and Launches analysis and Follow up
  • Production Follow up
  • Sop Meeting, review new articles to be produce in SLP, tracking production week and launch volume of these articles
  • Review order by plants & Article level and validate the automatic replenishment process status. Include escalation process with Central Team.
  • Elaborate and analyze KPIs and business performance reports (FC Accuracy,FillRate, Additional Inventory,PSI). Includes, root cause analysis and action plans for improvement with Market, BU and plants.
  • Elaborate the demand forecast base on Statistical and FC Collaboration, including top Continental's customers and critical sales channels and items. Upload FC APO. Send input for Sales Fc to MI
  • Replenishment settings (SST) maintenance in MADA teaming up with Demand Central Team. 
    MADA- developed to have connected information with the different EPR's.
  • Review supply feasibility for special orders, requirements and projects  from internal customer.
  • Communicate to market and stakeholders (Service Center,Sales,Operations,Log, Product Management, BI) product availability : quantities, dates and supply restrictions. Include Transparency File
  • Reports and special request based on necessities at the moment

  • Bachelors Degree: Industrial Engineering, International Business or related
  • Advanced level of English.
  • ERP or MES specific module process (SAP SD).
  • Project Management.
  • Professional Experience: Demand, Logistic, Supply Chain.
  • Data Science will be a strong plus.
  • Inventory management.
  • SCM Business knowledge.
  • Process mapping.
  • Customer Centricity.
  • Statistical Modeling Knowledge.
  • Product Life Cycle Management.
  • Data IT tools.
