Internship - Inno Lab - Support Digitalization System Integration - REF39649A

The Inno Lab at our Hannover-Stöcken site is responsible for investigating, evaluating and developing innovative production technologies for tires. It supports its partners in implementing their own ideas for new products and for their production, and offers a creative environment and the necessary methods for this.

In this exciting environment, we are offering an internship with a subsequent thesis option, with immediate starting date. For the best possible learning experience, the internship should have a duration of at least 6 months. The activity will mainly take place at the location in Hanover.

The tasks include the following activities:

• Coordinating the activities of different departments for the integration of hardware and software for data exchange at the Inno Lab machines
• Support of the IPC management
• Support in the setup of an AR/VR test bench

• Students of electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, business informatics or similar
• Ideally with focus/depth in software engineering
• Knowledge of IPC management and PLC (Siemens or Beckhoff)
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs
• Good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, communication skills
• Interest in new technical solutions
