Global TMOD Specialist - Tires

- Acts as a consultant for the Business Area Tire to support Continental’s performance through TMOD programs, training, organization development interventions and talent management processes that enhance skills and drive performance improvement. This position will coach and consult with TMOD Heads, design programs and materials utilizing a variety of learning methods, manage projects, provide group facilitation and training.
- Supports Tires Sector acting as an interface with Group TMOD and the BA TMOD and local TMOD teams around the world, as well as with other Business Areas in specific projects.
- Provide consulting and coaching to internal customers at all levels of the organization to identify Development needs, improve performance and drive change. Analyze the needs and develop proposals to execute development plans for the Business Area Tire globally.
- Facilitate group activities including meetings, training and development programs, team building events and change management efforts utilizing effective facilitation methods and techniques.
- Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend interventions to drive individual and group capability and performance improvement.
- Provide key user support my success and administrate the execution of TMOD processes.
- Participate in selected TMOD projects as an expert for business area perspectives and ensure that development needs of the Business Area Tire are the main focus in TMOD programs at the corporate/ business area level.
- Provide key user support in OTL and MRL processes and tools.
- Core Project team member - collect feedback and continuous improvement ideas
- Provide key user support in mySucces.
Requisitos
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience and 2 years directly related OD/TMOD experience at a regional or Business Unit level.
- Demonstrated experience in competency modeling and People Development processes.
- Project participation or lead of TMOD projects with a local and or international focus.
- Intercultural and International experience is preferred.
- Training and Facilitation Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently, implement and deliver training and development programs.
- Coaching skills.
- Advanced English.
- Job Specific IT Tools: Excel, Power Point, Talent Management Tools, related Web based applications.
- Organizational Knowledge: Experience working for a global company in a complex matrix organization.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Training Design: Confirmed ability to design content, develop processes, conceptual models, standard operating procedures and documentation for training and user support.
- Problem Solving skills.
- Advanced Knowledge related to Leadership and Management Development Processes.
