Executive Assistant

Descrição da função

  • Organizing, planning and keeping up to date executive manager's calendar, scheduling meetings and conference calls with clients, business partners and internal personnel;
  • Collecting, centralizing, checking received data and preparing various reports for the executive management;
  • Performing a variety of administrative functions (e.g. preparing invoice analysis, creating Shopping Carts, ensuring signing of various documents).
  • Ensuring that office callers and visitors are courteously greeted and referred to the proper persons or answering their inquiries in the absence of the executive - if possible;
  • Preparing presentations for the management in a convincing, clearly structured, sound and well founded organizational manner;
  • Creating and maintaining on regular basis (monthly - quarterly) a standard presentation for the organization;
  • Planning, editing and writing content for a variety of internal communication channels for communicating with all associates internally;
  • Creating and managing the communications for internal campaigns and events;
  • Developing and managing projects to support employee needs and increase collaboration.

  • University or master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Economics, Marketing,
  • Business Administration or comparable direction;
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in corporate communications, event management or related fields;
  • Strong writing and editing skills to present concepts;
  • Excellent MS Office and familiarity with information technology, especially digital communication, (Video Editing, etc.)
  • Knowledge in managing events from concept to completion, including logistics, budget management and execution;
  • Innovative approach and continuous improvement ideas all aspects of communication;
  • Demonstrate strong ability to problem solving and come up with solutions and recommendations.
  • Very high level of spoken and written fluency in English language, demonstrating accuracy and attention to details;
  • Romanian language is a plus
