As a team member of the ContiTech group sector Central Function HR & Communications, you create value by a central social media approach, supporting the national and international marketing communication works with profound expert knowledge and guidance for all stakeholders involved.

You…

  • Plan, develop, implement, and adjust strategies for the group sector social media channel set-up and communication
  • Select and run appropriate social media channels on group sector level, following group communications standards and guidelines
  • Adapt ContiTech's communications and brand strategy to a coherent, effective social media content strategy to ensure uniform look and feel on all ContiTech driven social media channels
  • Provide state-of-the-art guidance and standards (templates, formats, messages) for Business Area Marketing Communications teams
  • Regularly analyze our central social media channels’ performance and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Plan, develop, adapt, and post owned sector content or campaigns and lead community management
  • Collaboratively plan paid campaigns and define KPI for sector social media activities with our Performance Marketing Manager
  • Support employee advocacy activities on group level for sector management staff (CEO, CTO, etc.) and provide guidance in terms of expert positioning activities on social media channels / online (e.g., LinkedIn) in collaboration with our Internal Communications Managers
  • Manage and master tools for social media communication, e.g., Hootsuite, Amplify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Are the Social Media Communications Consultant on sector level and actively participate in the Social Media Council on group level to align strategies and set-up common standards for social media communication
  • Select and manage relevant service providers

Requisitos

  • University degree in the field of Communications, Marketing or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications and in working within international teams
  • Experienced in complex matrix organizations
  • High level of commitment and understanding of customer communication requirements
  • Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken​​
  • Hands-on-Mentality and quality management skills
  • High level of resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
  • Quick grasp of new concepts
  • Ability to build and move within organizational independent networks
  • High level of competence in social media communication matters
