Cost Value Analysis Specialist, CVA

Candidate has full responsibility with:
-Support CVA roadmap: identify main projects within dedicated area; identify potential suppliers
-Team member of ww cost reduction projects on supplier component prices, tooling costs and investment for manufacturing equipment.
-Analyzation of engineered components for probable costs of realization of suppliers.
-Support CVA workshops at suppliers together with CM; confronting suppliers up to top management with the costs calculated as a base for price negotiations and discuss cost reduction potentials. Support development of road map.
-Reporting and follow up cost reduction potential until final implementation.
-Maintain knowledge and material data base
-Support Category Purchasing with yearly price negotiations (APN)
Requisitos
Expert level for process knowledge;
Advanced level for the areas of product/computer knowledge/commercial knowledge/IT tools and methods/Language/Negotiation skills/project management/communication skills;
Basic level for the areas of professional expertise/knowledge in the automotive industry/knowledge of contract law/presentation and moderation skills/automotive background
