To plan, coordinate and control the product and process industrialization activities, in order to meet the plant cost budget and production targets (e.g. reduce scrap and waste, cycle times,etc ).
Furthermore, to initiate and support CBS projects and implement action plans for continuous improvement of the product and process industrialization relevant processes.

Requisitos
▪ university degree, preferably in Chemical/material/manufacturing engineering or related
▪ experience in rubber and plastic production processes
▪ with ramp-up projects and Lean projects expeirence is preferred
▪ Oral and written English skills is needed
