Electronic Technician

-To Perform integrations with automated manufacturing assembly equipment, using technologies, thus providing effective solutions, contributing to the development and continuous improvements within the area.
-To Assembly and fine adjustment of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic parts for highly complex equipment.
-Interpretation of electrical diagrams according to the IEC 61082 standard.
-To Ensure compliance of defined standard times for assemblies and wiring.
-Data entry hours worked in the system.
-Participation in design reviews.
-To Comply with 5's methodology, TPM,EHS guidelines & Participate in troubleshooting and filling out A3 format.
-To Develop specific projects in the specialty area.
-To Carry out the correct integration of the machines using measuring instruments (multimeter, ammeter).
-To Comply with the guidelines of the Quality System.
-To Comply with the guidelines, policies and/or processes applicable to the Company's Environment, Safety, Health and Energy Management.
-To travel National and International between Continental plants On Demand.

Technical/Mechanical or Electronic Career.
At least 4 years working experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions.
Wiring and assembly of medium / complex stations. 
Technical knowledge: Wiring of electrical boards, interpretation of electrical diagrams and mechanical drawings.
General knowledge of assembly procedures. 
Soldering Experience.
Basic computer skills.
