> Management of customer complaints and and professional control in the series phase (0km és WARRANTY)
> Analysis of scrap data, preparation of scrap reports, determination of scrap reasons
> Planning, organizing, professional management, analysis report related to non-compliances
> Tracking customer portals, preparing, uploading and downloading customer-requested documentation
> Participation in external and internal audits related to the job: preparation, professional management, conducting
> Manage and conduct customer escalations until closing
> Perform LPA/5S audits in the selected area and frequency
> PPAP approval process support
> University degree (with qualifications in quality, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and or technical manager)
> Negotiating English language skills
> Basic knowledge of project management
