Project Manager

-Establish adequate project organization (meeting structure, information/ knowledge exchange, documentation, archiving)
-Establish project plan and continuously track milestones based on Business Unit’s valid processes (phases, deliverables, milestones, quality-gates etc.)
-Install and perform professional change management, perform risk assessment, control and steer the meetingsimplementation of risk measures
-Represent the project in customer meetings and supplier
-Help to build up a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork within the project

-Master or Bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering or similar
-Experience with different customers including OEM and tier 1 suppliers
-Experience as Project Leader (minimum 1 completed project)
-At least 4 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions
-Fluent in oral and written English
