SMD Technician

▪ Spearhead machine improvement projects and realize its impact.       
▪ Provide pokayoke solutions for types of problem encountered and recurring issues.

▪ Established condition on all eqpt having optimum cond. to support production in meeting defined CT & process Quality
▪ Conducts investigation and generate report / presentation on equipment condition.
▪ Attain 110% productivity through maintaining the desired equipment capability (CpK)
▪ Support new equipment installation and set-up.                                                        
▪ Creates and maintain good 5K and LPA on assigned area
▪ Comply on all Quality certification that includes TS16949 and ESD.
▪ Observe all other operating procedure of safety and health standard regulation.
▪ Responsible in daily shift report and activities on all subordiates.
▪ Conduct process training and hands-on examination for Operator certification. 
▪ Involve as a Team leader on any plant wide activities that includes TPM, Yellow Belt and CIM.
▪ Provide echo training and lessons learned sharing for other technicians.
▪ Involve in any decision making and analysis as pr needed by the team.
▪ Ensure 100% attendance and willing to render overtime (OT) as per needed.
▪ Ensures program of new devices / model during Production Trial Run builds. 
▪ Monitor and analyze process yield under his reponsibilities..
▪ Monitor performance of production machines including related tooling, jigs, and fixtures to achieve product quality,   
  ensure continuous product flow, and satisfy operational standards.
▪ Provide support to production to maintain continous process flow thus reducing downtime.    ▪ Perform other duties required by the Superior from time to time.

▪ Computer literate. Good in oral, and written communication.
▪ Experience with SMT Technologies, equipment and all related manufacturing processes.

▪  5 years experienced handling automated machine / equipment used in manufacturing firm.
▪  Possess knowledge in quality methods and analysis (8D, 7 QC tools, and CAPA)
