• Main interface to the Testing team in R&D on the TestStand/TestExec/CVI topics
• Plan and align technology strategy in production
• Harmonize technologies (machine, method, material) worldwide
• Initialize and lead harmonization projects▪ Support worldwide ramp of new technologies and design for manufacturing▪ Setup and maintain network of technology partners
• Ensure benchmark and transfer of best practices▪ Support in case of local crisis issues
• Map required technology competencies of plants
• Foster gap closure, know how transfer and training▪ Create and align roadmap for (new) technologies
• Scan market trends and involve internal and external suppliers
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies and products

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• University degree, preferably in technical field, preferred Master Degree preferably in technical field (electrical engineering, etc.)
• Experience in a test department in a plant or R&D organization > 10 years .
  Leading and stearing new test equipment introduction and optimizations 
• KnowHow NI TestStand (advanced skills)
• KnowHow in programming (min.  Basic)
• KnowHow in TestExec (min. Basic)
• KnowHow in NI CVI (min. Basic)
• KnowHow in Testequipment design, industrialization, build up, function, handling (min. Basic)
• Project Experience in technology field > 5 years (technology project, process implementation project etc.)
