Head of Quality Management

AS THE HEAD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

> Shaping the strategy of the Plant;
> Determining strategic priorities with the greatest potential positive impact by understanding “the big picture”;
> Inspiring passion and commitment by representing the organization’s vision, living by the values of our company, being a role model;
> Proactively building long-term relationships with partners in and outside the organization with a strong focus on our stakeholders and our customers;
> Building a high performing team with a strong quality-oriented mindset, focusing on the development of internal talents;
> Providing support to the team by coaching and both positive and constructive feedback;
> Reporting directly to the Plant Manager and being responsible for the quality results as well as the operational and production goals and the employee engagement of the Plant;
> Being a leader of our quality driven culture, primary voice of the customer in the plant, being responsible for overall plant quality performance, coordinating the deviation management and risk assessment activities.

> You have the ability to inspire others;
> You have a University degree in Engineering;
> You have 10 years of experience in automotive production;
> You have min. 6 years in a leadership position;
> You speak English and Hungarian fluently;
> You will undertake this role by local contract.
