LMA Engineer

QUALITY
1. Identify and analyze production requirements base on 8D, QAlert, process improvement, etc.. 
2. Ensure the LMA traceability requirement of a request before project development.
3. Manage the  Support Technicians for daily operation support with regards to LMA traceability.
4. Perform and Deligate setup, configuration, programming for project implementation and testing with regards to LMA.

OPEX
1. Lead and Motivate the LMA support technicians to meet segment requirements.
2. Provide LMA traceability data, application for 8D, QAlert, process improvement, etc..
3. Ensure availability of the LMA applications and systems for the production line.

COST
1. Lead and Motivate the LMA support technicians to meet cost targets.

1. Learn and understand fully the basics of the MES System.
2. Learn to develop tools in which to address issues of the production
3. Learn and understand the manufacturing process and flow of the assigned segment.
