We are looking for you, Cluster Operations Controlling EMEA East (m/f/d) to support our Team. You can work in a hybrid way from any Original Equipment Solutions location in East Europe.

The Regional Operations Controller & Analyst EMEA East is responsible for:

  • Support the Segment Planning (P&L, KPI and balance)
  • Analysis of plant results, check for plausibility
  • Realization and fulfillment of the Budget requirements
  • Presentation of the result
  • Budget Operations (variable and fix plant areas)
  • Support the Cluster Operations Managers in terms of  strategy planning & footprint planning
  • Ensure the realization of the Operational Goals for the BA OESL
  • Identify strategic fields of actions within Operations , keep the record and tracking them
  • Analysis of Forecast Changes
  • Determination of risks and improvement potentials
  • Preparation of deviation analysis, financial analysis
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Trigger and support cost saving initiatives
  • Support operations in Finance related topics
  • Support the Plant Controlling in identifying saving potentials
  • Support the realization and implementation of company standards within Controlling
  • Support for input of reporting information in FIRE
  • Support the realization of CBS Projects
  • Support in investment decisions
  • Special request/Special analysis on Financial Topics
  • Supporting Operations/Business Reviews in collaboration with the plants

Requisitos

Must have:

  • University degree (Bachelor's or above, with emphasis in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration) 
  • Several years of professional experience in various finance and controlling functions 
  • Strategic and strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and experience in project management 
  • Good knowledge of finance fundamentals and strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines required 
  • Experience and strong knowledge of Data Analytics & state of art tools (SAP, FIRE, etc.) 
  • Strong MS Office knowledge required, especially Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately financial analysis across different cultures
