NPR Supervisor

1. Lead and supervisor NPR team to support plant indirect material purchasing and ensure the day-to-day activities are meet corporate standard in regard of process, price, timing and quality etc.

2. Analysis and evaluate suppliers' bids, tenders, proposals or quotation; negotiate price and delivery conditions; commit to purchases with terms that are in company’s best interest.

3. Manage suppliers, to ensure the service or products provided by the suppliers are in high quality with reliable supply;  communicate with suppliers to resolve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies.

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 10 years of procurement experience

3. Fluent oral English
