Support and drive Plants to implement MES standards at Shop floor

 Improve Production Equipment Performance utilizing  MES and additional tools as  Big Data,  AI & Data Science tools and methodologies.

Research internal and external I4.0 efforts related to this area of knowledge, take advantage of existing I4.0 developments, coordinate and join efforts with other BA and Plants.

Support and drive Plants to implement standard Cobots and AGVs at shop floor, by improvement of  existing applications related to MES and cobots, reducing Cobot / local PC response times

Support Improvement Projects to all A.N. Product worldwide. 

Part of A. A.N. Operations organization.
Lead Projects to Support to green field, brown field or improve  low performance plants.
We estimate over 1 Million Euros saving / cost avoidance / year / PM

Degree in Computer Sciences. 

Required Expert Knowledge on Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

Preferable Advanced Knowledge on Data Science / Big Data / Data Science Tools

+10 years of experience in requirements gathering, definition, and application/test/implementation of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for client projects

Being part of at least 2 new product industrialization projects as NPL or SLM

+5 years coordinating team of engineers/ technicians or participation in 2 new products industrialization

Experienced in cooperating with peers on different countries to implement new products industrialization
