COD Specialist

Ensure procurement management process are properly executed to meet the target sales.
Assure timely customer supply considering production capacities and supplier lead time.Ensure optimized freight costs and inventory levels.
Management and support critical deliveries to reduce premium freight costs inbound.
Monitor and minimize blocked and obsolete stocks.Support management of Supply Chain delivery risk and identify supply gap  (in case of raw material shortages).
Key in logistics data into applicable IT system (e.g. SAP) and initiate process improvements; create reports for internal and external customers and discuss logistics topics with the relevant stakeholders.
Lead set-up and definition of local procedures aligned with the standard SCM Process, Yokohama and Central team.Coordinate with ITCA and EDI Team for systems set-up and issues
Interface to other functional areas such as Finance, IT, Sales, Project Management etc.Identify and deploy the technical skill set, resource levels and systems to deliver projects including the engagement and involvement of external resources as required.
Plan and assess  technical and behavioral competences for continous developmentDefine standard processes for COD procurement team and Standard Work / Leader Standard Work for all team members.Support by active participation and attending on HR activities.Maintain and ensure compliance to Health and Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality / Environmental standards and all other Company policies and procedures
Administer in the promotion/implementation of Team Culture Development
