To achieve the annual order Intake targets set by Sales head.
To participate & plan for start plant Y+4 to ensure growth of Business unit revenue.  
To Track Budget Vs FC and take countermeasures to ensure budget revenues are met.  
To achieve reimbursement targets.
To recover Change management Claims

Market analysis, Focus on strategic customers and products, Prepare acquisition and quote strategy, Project Cost tracking, Premium freight analysis and reimbursement, Price adjustment due to forex, RM, Cost reduction proposal, price contracts, Annual Price negotiations

Gathering Market knowledge, Competitor information, global alignment for strategic projects, plan strategic projects, Product and price in SPOT tool, Define acquisition strategy, Share plan with R&D for resource planning,  Program Management activities in alignment with the Global Team 

Ensure regular meeting with customer to track customer strategy, Alignment with CLE, CPM to update customer requirements and incorporate in new products. Showcase and introduce new technology to customer by Tech day event . Track government policies and regulation effecting our business. 

To give inputs for Budget planning in CDP tool and Long term planning (10 years) in  SPOT tool with right product and volumes as most appropriate information for resources and capacity planning. 

Frequently meetig customers to have updated information, maintain / improve relationship, review of open topics, explore upcoming opportunities. 
Improve relation internally with all segments, departments, functions for improved, faster and efficient response / actions. 

Propoer internal training nomination for team members, regular feedback, on job training / reviews / discussions, guidance and support for complex issues, regular discussion with team members for better coordination.
