Front office clerk - general services (CATEGORIE PROTETTE)

Jūsų užduotys

The new employee will hold the position of Front Office clerk - General Services at the Cinisello Balsamo (MI) location and will be responsible for the following tasks:

- reception desk, switchboard calls and courier management

- Parcel and mail handling

- business trips (hotels, planes, car rentals, meeting rooms, etc.) bookings

- General handling and filing of documents

- Taking care of official visits and correspondence with the post office, banks.

- Ordering stationery and office supplies (for training and internal)

- Ordering general hospitality goods and catering for guests and customers in the Cinisello Balsamo Location.

- Assistance and support of the organization at meetings with guests and customers. (Location, meeting rooms, transfers, hotel, catering).

- Supporting in organizing events and meetings with guests and customers.

mandatory requirements:

- belonging to protected categories

- knowledge of the Italian language at mother tongue level

good knowledge of English

 

other requirements:

previous experience in a structured company

experienced in the use of MS-Office
