해외 플랜트 기술 지원 (공정 감사 및 개선, 불량 분석/대책 수립, 고객 대응)
제품 개발 프로젝트 미팅 참석
제품 개발 단계 별 Gate Meeting 수행/Steering Committee Meeting 참석
부품 개발 승인(Component PPAP) 및 제품 개발 승인(Customer PPAP) 상태 모니터링 실시 
주요 품질 개선 사례 발표 및 주요 문제에 대한 구조적 문제 해결 활동 실시

전기,전자,컴퓨터,기계,자동차 등 공학 유관 학위 보유(예정)자
영어 소통 능력 중급 이상 
원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
구조적 문제 해결 능력 (Structured Problem Solving with A3)
해외 여행 결격 사유 없는 자
