Inside Sales Analyst

Responsible for receiving, processing and monitoring orders with the objective of ensuring goals of each business unit, as well as the objectives of the operations team operating in the Ecuadorian tire replacement market.

Main activities:

  • Support the attention of business units, from the receipt of the purchasing schedule, negotiation of delivery with the Plant, passing the delivery schedule, days of delivery or date of the process.
  • Assist Sales Supervisors in preparing proposals, negotiating orders, fulfilling contracts, commissions and reports so that the entire process is concluded in accordance with the company's requirements.
  • Management of solutions for after-sales problems due to delays in delivery, incorrect billing, unavailability of products, accidents, etc.

  • Ensure that revenue targets are achieved by executing the order processing flow for all sales channels within the national market, ensuring a good brand image in the market, maintaining adequate service to all customers.

  • Ensure that the Operations team's goals established by area managers are achieved, through the other activities above, as well as an analysis of orders received, Forecast, delivery follow-up.

  • Monitoring KPIs and executing improvement action plans.

  • Preparation of order, sales and inventory reports.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or realted careers.
  • Desirable experience in areas such as: Logistics; Sales; Financial; Supply Chain or Customer Service (Minumun 1 year of proven experience on the detailed fields).
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Portuguese (desirable)
