Linux system Administrator

We're are searching for an Linux System Administrator to strengthen our global Linux Client design team at the location Porto.

The position is essentially to design and integrate newest Ubuntu versions in our global IT environment and to support our worldwide customers at the rollout, installation and troubleshooting processes.
New security relavant implementations need to be designed and tested and global configuration scripts need to be  improved.

Knowledge sharing within the global team and international IT administrators is as well an elementary task.

- Computer Science or equivalent studies (Bachelor's Degree)
- Willingness and ability to work in a global distributed team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux client area
- Linux Ubuntu experience
- Knowledge of Linux Server environments
- Good knowledge of configuration and deployment tools (Puppet, Landscape or Aptly)

- Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Perl, Ruby, Python)
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and Active Directory integration
- Fluent in English
