Manager LPC & Environment Automotive Aftermarket

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Quality advisor, counseling to the specialist departments on product- and country-specific environmental issues (especially SQM and technical Product Management), which they consider in product range within SMY segment.
• Develop a transparent system and decision-making bases for environment-specific issues and maintain them permanently.
• Management of product-specific environmental issues and review of environmental marketability (mainly aftermarket segment), legal product compliance (LPC) topics, and answering customer inquiries regarding legal compliance (IMDS, REACh, SCIP, RoHs, ELV, etc.).
• Implementation and maintenance of document management on part number level based on environmental law and evaluation, processing, and presentation of the current market environment situation.
• Process improvement (QMS) and development of risk-based decision-making bases, besides active participation in projects and prepare new business cases focusing on the evaluation, consulting.       
• Keeping contact and professional exchange with stakeholders, representation of the segment in different global committees, associations, etc.
• Submission of consolidated REACh information to ECHA's SCIP database.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF:

• you have a university degree in engineering field or comparable professional qualification (eg. chemical field is advantage);
• you gained min. 2-3 years professional experience in automotive industry;
• you have knowledge about quality standards, automotive product specifications and material/chemistry science;
• you are proficient in Risk and Escalation management;
• you are practiced in project management and presentation techniques;
• you are familiar with MS office (especially Excel) and SAP (MRCS module);
• you are able to work individually like an advisor, but you have got a good team spirit;
• you have excellent stakeholder management skills;
• you have functional leadership and technical coaching skills;
• you can speak English fluently, and German is an advantage.

ADVANTAGE

• Experience in Power BI
• Knowledge of environmental regulation and law within the EU and (material / product compliance)
