Jūsų užduotys

  • Communication with customer, logistics service provider, internal section Finance, BU etc.
  • Customer order manage(EDI)
  • Forecast and Confirm order from Customer
  • Ordering the goods from inter company /or 3rd party suppliers Keep , check and control inventory for mass production
  • Delivery in JIT to customers
  • Invoice and billing process to customer
  • SAP maintenance
  • Create item master and maintain data for logistics side
  • Day to day customer order desk (mainly service parts order)
  • Daily outbound goods movement posting in SAP
  • Logistics service provider (WH, forwarder) invoice checking, submission to accounting
  • Coordinating Prototype order request and on order progress
  • Maintain Purchase Request list, and responsible of filling all related documentation
  •  definition of Product cost and leadtime, in order to achieve BU's required MRD to be coordinated with Proto shop / Suppliers

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • High communication skills
  •  Experience in English speaking environment (Foreign company or international team in Japanese company) required
