Working Student – Internal Events and Digital Business Support (m/f/diverse)

For our Technology Center we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) for a duration of at least one year starting in June and with a working time of up to 20h/week.

The focus of this exciting position is to support us with the following activities:

• Development of automated processes and solutions with Power Automate
• Planning and production of video formats
• Planning and Execution of various internal events (on-site, virtual and hybrid) e.g. international conferences or award ceremonies
• Being part of our corporate culture initiative by conceptualizing, preparing and executing exciting formats e.g. workshops, management exchange or testimonials
• Coordination and Conduction of our customer tours through the research & development tires
• Independently carrying out orders for our organization - from materials to trainings

• Successful studies in business administration, media, event management, marketing, communication or comparable fields of study
• Interest and experience in video editing
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere, Illustrator) an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs
• Very good knowledge of German and English language
• Organizational talent with quick comprehension
• Media affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies desirable
• Communicative personality with strong teamwork skills
• High level of initiative and independent working style
