Customer Service Representative
Coordinates adequate and timely delivery of parts with manufacturing and sales. Is responsible for driving a low or zero customer order delinquency. Assuring that all requirements of the customer are fulfilled in time and quantities using the transports indicated by the customer. Does/involved in data analysis and provides the necessary information/analysis requested by his superiors.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineer or field related to Logistics and/or Supply Chain Basic experienced in logistics
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Customer Service
- Experience in purchasing, reporting, project management and finance desirable
- Advanced English
- SAP management desirable
