R&D Controlling Analyst Entry

Controlling Analyst is responsible for the activities related to budget, forecast, reporting, monitoring of operational expenses and resources, validating and implementing the global and internal procedures and policies in the company for R&D.

Core Responsibilities
       Manage controlling activites as:

  •  Analyze, prepare and present monthly financial results
  •  Hourly Rate tracking
  •  Control and follow up for R&D Projects
  •  Investment, headcount and cost center planning  and control for Actual, Budget & Forecast
  • Monitoring and perform of over/under absorption results
  • Manage multiple R&D systems (Gloria / FIRE / Global PS / GPA)


Additional Responsibilities
         Monthly review forecasts and determine actions required by the BU and management
         Ensure high quality information

Reikalavimai

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or related
Experience in Finance / Accounting / Controlling 1 year
Office package (Excel, Power Point) PBI is a plus
Experience in Systems like SAP, Global PS, Gloria, FIRE desirable
English Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking
