Government Relation

-Responsible for all government related visit and reception works
-Maintain good relationship with government


- Responsible for subsidy documents preparation and application
- Responsible for collecting related subsidy policy and apply


- Responsible for CSR related topics

Public Relations

- Together with the Country Communication and UX entities responsible for Plant's:
- External Live and Online Events
- External Campaigns
- PR & Government Relations (e.g. media, CSR, sponsorships)
- Brand Awareness & Reputation
- Press releases and statements for media

Social Media

- Contributing to existing Social Media (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, Twitter, YT, etc.) accounts with activities related to the Plant, in close collaboration with HR and Country Communications


- Responsible for Standardization & Digitalization processes in regards to Communications:
- visual management
- templates
- forms
- procedures
- digital solutions
- infrastructure for Plant COM
- documents: creation of local documents in alignment with UX Operations COM Responsible and application of UX Operations COM documents

Education / Certification▪ University degree, preferably in communications, international business, economics, business administration or related discipline

Professional Experience
(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)•  Professional experience (at least 5 years) in Communications
•  Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment
•  Cross functional experience, preferred 

Project and/or Process Experience

• Project leader experience in complex strategic COM projects. Has experience managing a budget and costs.
• Has demonstrated tenacity / persistence (successfully managed a change process, turn around, start up, severe organizational conflict etc.).
• Experience in COM processes (e.g. content, tools, event management, campaigns, branding etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Expert skills in developing and implementing communications strategies and campaigns as well as managing multiple internal communications and social media channels and formats
• General knowledge of Office applications, including corporate communication tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.

Leadership Experience

•  At least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in COM with direct and indirect
   responsibility for other individuals

Intercultural / International Experience•  Experience in working with international teams
•  Understanding for different foreign cultures
•  Fluent in English
