Junior National Account Manager Germany and Austria in 50% Part-Time (m/f/diverse)

• You become Junior National Account Manager for about 40 trailer and “other trucks” OEM customers in Germany and Austria
• In that role you act as a consultant who optimizes the customer business. Especially in technical, tire related aspects your consultancy is needed
• You work as an entrepreneur negotiating price agreements in alignment with your Regional Account Manager for Western Europe
• Your ability to establish great customer relations enables you to develop best fitting customer strategies in close collaboration with all internal stakeholders
• Monthly forecast planning and reporting of market and customer highlights is part of your job
• You are the “ear to the market” and like to share your knowledge
• You strongly support the Sales Development activities (Pull business) in harmonization with the OEM’s direct business approach (Push business)
• Close cooperation with the market COD team (Customer Order Desk) is part of the daily practice

• University Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with solid knowledge of Economics
• You have first customer operational experience
• You are familiar with the Automotive industry and the Truck industry in particular
• You have a sound background of tires
• Customer orientation and the strong ability to build relations are key
• You become part of the Western European team in a highly international environment, therefore fluent German and English is a must (written and spoken)
• You are willing to travel at least 30%
• You like to work as an entrepreneur but also like to see yourself in a team

Next to around 75 OEM customers in Germany and Austria the TOP3 industry leading trailer manufactures in Europe come from Germany - therefore a Junior National Account Manager for Germany and Austria with his own customer portfolio is wanted in order to support the Regional Account Manager for Western Europe
