Coordinate the production sector, as well as maintain the proper functioning of the equipment according to the customer's needs, respecting quality standards, achieving operational indicators, guaranteeing compliance with internal safety and environmental procedures. Be a multiplication of the company's corporate values within the team.
▪Ensure sytematic & continuous qualification /competency development of employees;
▪Support a culture of life-long learning and provide learning opportunities for employees;
▪Decide on suitable development measures for employees, document participation and evaluate effectiveness
▪Perform annual face-to-face employee dialogues to discuss performance, potential and development of employees, provide effective feedback & address poor performance
▪Ensure proper onboarding/ integration of new employees .
▪Create a culture of safety and health through leadership & act as role model;
▪Ensure application of ESH regulations and management methods & tools (e.g. 5S systematic) as well as engagement of people;
▪Enhance safety performance by tracking & reporting safety incidents (e.g. accidents, ergonomic, behavior-based, process-related; layout related incidents).
▪ Implement and ensure compliance with established internal/ external policies, rules, guidelines and procedures;
▪Support and run audit process (internal/external) if required.
Reikalavimai
Degree in Administration, Engineering, Production or related areas Advanced English 3 years of experience in production processes and people management
