▪ Supervise staff working follow to procedure and instructions
▪ Train new employees regarding warehouse procedures ▪ Prepare for all the audit from customer/ BU /Visitor and internal department
▪ Warehouse on site 5S & ESH daily check and train staff to follow the regulation
▪ keep incoming/shipping/production supplying/packaging work running smoothly
▪ Communicate ordinate with each FF for magterial supply issue
▪ Support to solve quality issue with QA, SQM, FF if necessary
▪ Employee's training about WI, regulation ▪ Target setting to each team member ▪ Career path regular review for each team member
▪ Other temporary tasks assigned by manager
