El alumno desarrollara un sistema que permita tener Kanbanes con cantidades optimas

Objetivos de aprendizaje para el Intern:
Planeación, Administración, medirá el impacto monetario en piso de producción

Principales actividades a realizar:
Realizar inventario inicial, analizar demanda mensual de producción, establecer mínimos y máximos, desarrollar un sistema que permita el no generar excesos y que permita que los PCB’s que sobren de una corrida lleguen hasta el almacén de manera controlada
