Compound Feeding Operator (WSW)

The machine operates in production area to complete production operation with safety systems and product specifications in order to ensure normal operation of equipments and correspondence to quality standards

•  ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำด้านแรงงานอย่างเคร่งครัด
• เป้าหมายการปลดประจำการและงานที่ถูกกำหนดโดยผู้จัดการโดยตรงหรือผู้มีอำนาจที่สูงกว่า
• ดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ให้เป็นระเบียบและทำความสะอาดสถานที่ทำงานตามมาตรฐานองค์กรและหลักการ 5ส
• เข้าใจและปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงานอย่างเคร่งครัด
• จัดทำรายงานที่แม่นยำและตรงเวลา
• กรอกรายการตรวจสอบของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (รวมถึงข้อมูลการผลิตทั้งหมด เวลาเริ่มต้น เวลาสิ้นสุด จำนวนคาสเซ็ตที่ผลิต ฯลฯ)
• ควบคุมพารามิเตอร์กระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดในขีดจำกัดออฟเซ็ตเพื่อสร้างส่วนประกอบที่สอดคล้องส่งไปยัง Tire building
• สนับสนุนพนักงาน Machine lead และ Wind up เพื่อลดการสูญเสียที่เครื่องจักร
• หากต้องการใช้ระบบ IPOC ตามคำแนะนำในการทำงาน หากต้องการ

High vocational certificate with or any related field
0-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing management
0-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
