QMS Engineer

담당 업무

  • Develop, publish, maintain, and improve plant QMS documentation according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 19011.
  • Manage PoMS, including document control, approvals, updates, distribution, and archiving according to required retention periods.
  • Provide consultation to all departments on QMS requirements, quality standards, and quality tools.
  • Plan, coordinate, and perform internal and external audits in alignment with IATF 16949, PPS audits, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure effective and timely closure.
  • Ensure effective utilization of key quality tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, SPS, and Lessons Learned.
  • Implement and support structured problem-solving (SPS) processes and continuous improvement activities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver required training programs; maintain training materials and training records.
  • Learn and promote new quality technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present task-related reports on a regular and on-demand basis.

지원자 프로필

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality Management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management or a related function.
  • Background in automotive or tire manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of QMS, process approach, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 19011, IATF 16949, VDA 6.5, and VDA 6.3.
  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, SPS, Lessons Learned, project/change management tools.
  • Understanding of customer-specific requirements and plant organizational structure, interfaces, and production processes.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
