Technical Lead

Act as the Technical Lead, is the technical responsible for concept, development and implementation of solutions based on business requirements jointly derived with the product owner; these solutions are then to be implemented using agile methodology, include the steering of external service providers based on a framework given defined. Finally, the technical lead is responsible for the operations, release and end user service.
He/She should support the requirements of the China market and find synergy on solutions with global solutions if any. This involves alignment with Central Key Users in Germany, competence centers when comes to global system integration. The position of this function is to be based in Shanghai.

 

Architecture Design and Development/ Consulting

▪ Develop and be the technical owner of solutions based on given business requirements by the product owner; solution requirements are jointly developed, evaluated and prioritized with the product owner
▪ Design, develop and be the technical owner of the technical architecture
▪ Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
▪ Continue research the current and emerging technologies and proposed changes where needed
▪ Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented
▪ Assess the business impact that certain technical choices have
▪ Responsible for product development processes, costs and budgets
▪ Develop and support solutions that easily integrated into China and Central solutions
▪ Responsible for steering the creation of a solution prototype and definition of specifications
▪ Participating in technology selection
▪ First point of contact for all solution related topics in regards to selected business applications for the product owner, IT service providers
 

Project Implementation Services

▪ Involved in Project tasks for  e.g.: understanding business blueprint, gap analysis and communication to respective team
▪ Maintains project documentation according to Conti Tire IT standards
▪ Support the implementation in the China market
▪ Responsible for optimization of current system infrastructure hosting
▪ Able to provide solutions to the Change Request raised or in any kinds of discussion
▪ Executes and monitor Project tasks and activities
▪ Act as (hands-on) (sub-) project manager if needed
▪ Coordinates Specification phase together with (regional) Business responsible in alignment with the Key user organization
▪ Establishes Designs matching to requirements
▪ Involves other IT departments world-wide (source systems, basis, infrastructure) to get required services

 

Support Operation Services

▪ Manage the service infrastructure, deployment & release coordination
▪ Work on incident tickets, problem and change management
▪ Collaborates with product owner and LKU. Demonstrate how the business processes related
▪ Monitor and attend to service tickets available in Service desk tools

 

Project Management

▪  Project management (technical focus) for solutions development projects to ensure that resources, risk detection and planning are aligned with the solution objectives

 

Leadership

▪ Management of implementation teams, test and deployment of the solution aligned with the corresponding product owner and the solutions architects of connected solutions 
▪ Manage the external vendors for the application support and project developments if needed

지원자 프로필

Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or related field.

Minimum 6 to 10 years of IT or Industry working experience.

Minimum 5 years relevant Sales & Marketing IT project experience.

Able to lead a small work group,  (self standing as well as sub-project in an overall integrated Process Implementation Project)

Have work experience in international teams.
